GroLocs provides customers with a full line of 100% Human Hair dreadlock
extensions. GroLocs offers a variety of lengths,colors, and styles to meet
everyone’s hair needs. Our loc extensions are durable and made to last.

To ensure a great customer experience we here at GroLocs follow a strict
quality control system. The hair used to create our extensions is washed,
treated, conditioned, and air dried. Once the hair has fully dried we make the
extensions. Each extension is handmade. After the dreadlock extension is made
we test them for durability to ensure that the extension is free of weak
points. Once this process is complete the hair is then packaged and shipped.

GroLocs Dreadlock Extensions can take various amounts of styling
techniques,coloring, and bleaching. The hair is reusable with proper care. Here
at GroLocs we take pride in giving our customers high quality hair!

Shipping and Delivery

At the current moment all orders are running on a 5-7 business day
processing/production time. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not
count as business days). Once your order is ready you will receive email
notification that it has been shipped.

Once shipped, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order(U.S.
orders). You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel.
Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be granted.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We
encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned
delays.

If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change,
you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. GroLocs is not
responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Packages Lost or Stolen will
not be refunded. You must file a claim with the shipping courier. If you are
not available to await delivery for your package it is the customers
responsiblity to make arrangements through the shipping courier. The delivery
courier offers many delivery options.
