DIRECTIONS:

Thoroughly clean and dry your forehead area before use. Peel the pad off the
plastic backing slowly and press firmly onto the forehead area, securing all
sides.
For best results, wear the pad for 2-12 consecutive hours. Use consecutively
for up to 30 days (greatly varies per person).
To clean the pad, rinse quickly with water as needed and air dry with the
adhesive side up. Do not blot.
Keep the plastic backing and stick the pad back on the backing after air
drying.
Do not use any other products under the pad.
Do not use if you have skin irritations, sensitivity or reaction to silicone.
