I have carefully chosen an essential oil and flower essences from around the
world to evoke feelings of calm and peace of mind. This blend works
harmoniously together to help you attain these goals.

Essential Oils are the aromatic parts of plants made into a concentrated oil
to diffuse, spray or apply topically on the skin. The fragrance can instantly
bring about a change in our body and mind.

In this body, the spray is the floral-scented Lavender Essential Oil because
its main benefit is to calm without sedation.

A flower’s essence is made when the energy of the sun cooks the plant in water
producing an extract of its unique vibrational signature. This subtle energy
interacts with our energy stimulating our body’s natural capacity to bring
itself back into a state of emotional balance. When our emotions are balanced,
we can live our best life.

I included Chamomile Flower Essence from FES in California in this blend as it
helps make you feel serene, and have a sun-like disposition.
I added the beautiful Flower Essence Daisy from Findhorn, Scotland which helps
make you feel centered, calm, and composed.

Gently shake before each use to activate all ingredients. Spray over your head
and let the mist fall over you. Use it in the morning and evening and whenever

herbaceous, sweet, or earthy.
Flower essences have NO scent.
