To start the return approval, send a picture of the item you receive with the
return request. All returns received will be inspected. Please make sure the
wig has not been styled, worn, altered, damaged, and there are no smells, and
it’s still in the original condition, wig net, and packaging. If the item
doesn’t qualify for approval from our inspection's department, there is a 20%
restocking fee
