Dry hot water bottle with brown flax seeds, can be used hot and cold
Ideal for muscle relaxation or to soothe a stomachache for example, the inner
pocket that contains flaxseed is sewn into 3 compartments for an equal
diffusion of heat over the entire surface.

CAUTION: THE HOT WATER BOTTLE MUST BE DE-DE-DEBANDED BEFORE BEING PLACED IN
THE MICROWAVE

Tips for use and maintenance:

heat diffusion:
-Place on a radiator (the duration depends on the desired heat) always check
the heat before placing the hot water bottle on a part of the body
-Remove then place in the microwave about 2 minutes 600 watts (the duration
depends on the desired heat) always check the heat before placing the hot water
bottle on a part of the body, at the exit of the microwave you can put the
cover back

Fresh diffusion: wash and then place in the freezer 3 to 4 hours minimum in a
fresh bag

Maintenance: defoam the pellet and put the cover with linger lava at 40 °
Do not wash the flaxseed bag
