This heating pad measures 8 x 18 inches and weighs approximately 3 lbs.


This large microwavable heating pad has a segmented muslin insert filled with
100% food grade flax seeds. It contains no fillers such as: rice, buckwheat,
wheat, corn, or barley.

The soft flannel or cotton cover is removable and washable making it a
hygienic product. All covers are made from 100% cotton and do not contain any
synthetic fibers or polyesters, such as fleece. Synthetic fabrics can release
toxic fumes when heated.

It can also be kept in the freezer in a resealable bag for a gentle cold pack.

Available unscented or with Peppermint Leaf, Eucalyptus Leaf, Chamomile Flower
or 100% Organic Lavender Buds for ultimate aromatherapy.

Instructions

Microwave in 30 second increments for hot therapy, checking the temperature to
ensure ideal warmth. Please be careful to NOT OVERHEAT, Flax Saks will scorch
and ruin if heated for too long. Allow plenty of room around your Flax Sak
while heating. Do not rest against the door or the walls of microwave. Flipping
and rotating your pack allows for even heat distribution and avoids hot spots.
Always be careful to check your Flax Sak so that it is not too hot before
giving it to a child or a pet. Please insure your microwave is clean when
heating. Previous spills and oil residue may cause damage or burns to this
product when heating. Always follow heating instructions carefully.


Freeze for 30 minutes for cold therapy. We suggest storing your Flax Sak in a
resealable plastic bag in the freezer. It will be cold when you need it and
easy to heat when you need hot therapy. When cared for properly your Flax Sak
will last and bring comfort for years to come.


Ingredients

All Flax Sak products are 100% natural. They contain food grade brown flax
seed (no fillers), high quality organic herbs and essential oils. Covers are
made using 100% cotton and the insert is made with cotton muslin (a utility
woven cotton fabric that is very breathable).

Scented Flax Saks will contain your choice of: Lavender, Chamomile, Peppermint
or Eucalyptus

Unscented Flax Saks have a slight fresh grain bread smell when heated.

*Herbal scent will decrease over time, but the effectiveness of hot and cold
therapy remains.
