inside. The reusable Hot/Cold Pack is filled with a mixture of Rice and
Flaxseed. The pack can be placed in the microwave and heated in 30 second
intervals until they reach your preferred temperature. Be careful when removing
them from the microwave to ensure they are not too hot to touch. They can also
be stored in the freezer and used as an ice pack. The Reversible Soup bowl cozy
can be used with a variety of bowl sizes and can help to keep your fingers from
getting burned on a hot bowl coming out of the microwave.

For an addition $20, you can add a second soup cozy and a set of 2 hand
warmers. The hand warmers are filled with rice and flaxseed.
