To Condition Hair You can add a few tea spoons to your favourite oils, then
add the oil to a shop bought conditioner or a DIY which you made, you can even
mix it with yoghurt, add a blended banana or avocado to deep condition your
hair, keeping it soft and hydrated.

As a Pre Poo put oil on hair from root to tip of hair, massage and put a
shower cup overnight or for 1 hr as wash as usual with shampoo, this will leave
your hair moisturized and hydrated.
