This Hand Warmer Mitt is useful for those with arthritus, poor circulation,
carpel tunnel syndrome, or just plain cold hands!
Complications related to diabetes or those with Raynaudes Syndrome, can cause
poor circulation and cold hands. Some of our clients have reported using the
mitt to warm their fingers prior to checking their blood sugars. This hand mitt
can provide comfort for a wide array of issues including broken wrists,
fingers, etc. It is an excellent way to keep your hands warm while on a winter
walk. The list goes on and on.

As a personal and professional seamstress for the past 40+ years, I have
expected a lot out of my hands. Over time, with frequent and prolonged
repetitive hand movements, I developed carpal tunnel syndrome which required
surgery. In order to provide gentle comfort to my hands, we eventually
developed the hand mitt that you see here. Both of us deal with hand issues
from constant use. But we won't stop sewing as our products are needed by
others and ourselves.

This hand mitt can serve as a hot or cold pack depending on your own
preferences or needs. The product is naturally scented with dried organic
lavender flowers which is thought to promote calmness and general feeling of
well being. The flowers are mixed with long grain rice and placed within a soft
fleece material. An evenly distributed and long lasting heat is produced by
warming the bag in a microwave for 2- 3 minutes.
