A rice bag that can be used as a heat pad or cold pack to comfort those aching

for shoulders, abdomen and knees. The warmth will last about 20-25 minutes, the
amount of time usually recommended for heat application.
Do you prefer to cool things down? No problem! Your pack can also be chilled
in the freezer. The cover is a soft flannel with a gray and taupe hounds tooth

Your pack starts with a sturdy cotton muslin liner filled with heat retentive
rice as shown in the last photo. It's then sectioned into 3 parts so the heat
stays where you want it to.Rice absorbs moisture from the air in between uses
so you'll get a nice, moist penetrating heat every t

~ No added scent
While the only scent is the rice you can tuck a little sachet of lavender,
peppermint or even your favorite herbal tea bag in the opening of the cover
after heating to add aromatherapy benefits. The advantage of this is your pack
will last for years but herbs don't hold up to repeated microwaving. So, when
your sachet is spent you only have to replace that and not your entire therapy
pack!

Listing is for one rice filled pack with a removable, washable cotton flannel
cover. The inside is approximately 12 inches long by 7 inches wide and weighs
