42oz. The bag is created with 2 separate channels for even distribution of heat;

❤️Filled with 100% flax-seed, no other fillers are added. If selecting a
scented option your bag will be filled with a blend of flaxseed and organic
lavender and chamomile buds or organic eucalyptus and peppermint leaves;

❤️the neck and shoulder wrap includes a removable and washable cover that is
made with 100% soft cotton flannel. The insert bag is made using 100% cotton
unbleached muslin lined with microwaveable cotton batting and stitched using
both an overlock sewing machine and a single needle sewing machine for lasting
durability. The microwavable batting provides a longer, warm therapeutic
experience;

Why I only use flax-seed:

**Flaxseed does not retain an odor like rice or other types of food fillers;
**Heat/cold action lasts up to 45 minutes;
**The husk will not crack like other fillers;
**Flax seeds contain 30-40% oil that can be reheated many times retaining its
moist therapeutic heat;
**It contours to your body nicely without added bulk or stiffness.

Common uses for therapeutic flax bags: Migraines, Headaches, Fever, Ear Aches,
Allergies, Muscle Aches, Relaxation, Meditation, Cramps, and just about
anything you can think of that needs some TLC. Great just to warm up to in cold
winter months.

Caution: It is recommended that the neck wrap be heated in 60-second
intervals. Because all microwaves heat differently you will want to time-test
it to determine what is right for you. Adult supervision is recommended to
avoid unnecessary accidents or injuries caused by an overheated flax bag.

WARNING: when heating the therapeutic flax bags, they can get hot quickly so
test first before placing them on your skin or across your eyes. Times will
vary depending on your microwave, the neck and shoulder wrap will heat in
approximately 2 minutes with a maximum heating time of 3-4 minutes. TEST, TEST,
TEST prior to placing on skin.
