NagihanDesigns’s natural flaxseed filled large heating pouches are
microwaveable to create a warm, comforting heating pouch. Flaxseed pouches are
made out of 100% cotton and filled with around 1.7 - 1.8 pounds (800gr)of
flaxseed. When heated, 40% of the flaxseed oil content will emit a calming heat
that is perfect for relieving aches and pains.

The pouches are highly hygienic and come with removable and washable covers
meant for easy cleaning and upkeep. The cover and pouch size is approximately
9x9 inches. Wash the pouch cover with like colors in the machine or,
alternatively, hand wash and flat to dry and iron once dry.

The warmth of the flaxseed is soothing on its own, but you have the option to
treat yourself to a bit of luxury and add dried lavender to the contents of the
pouch, elevating the relaxation of your self-care routine. These heating pads
are ideal for not only relaxation but also relieving conditions such as
menstrual cramps, arthritis, fibromyalgia, hot flashes, muscle cramps, or
spasms.

Instructions:
For heating, place the heating pouch in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. For
more warmth, continue to heat in additional 30 seconds increments to reach your
desired temperature (the incremental timing is for safety precautions).
For cooling, place the pad in the sealed Ziplock bag and place it in the
freezer for a couple of hours, or until the desired temperature is reached.
