This is a handmade rice filled hot or cold neck wrap with removable washable
cover.

Food grade lavender is added to the rice providing a relaxing aroma.

Cover uses Velcro closure to seal at top of neck wrap.

This can be microwaved for 2-3 minutes (depending on power of your microwave)
for relaxing heat applied to your upper back, neck, and shoulders. If you need
to reheat, you can put back into microwave at 10 second intervals until desired
heat is met.

This can also be placed in the freezer for soothing cold. When placing in
freezer put in ziplock bag to preserve the lavender.

Cover is machine wash (delicate). Tumble dry low.
