GEL ICE PACK INCLUDED!!! For all those aches and pains!

Ice Pack cover is made with cotton fabric and terrycloth lining. The pack with
cover measures approximately 5" x 9". If you have recently shopped for gel
therapy packs, you know that this pack and cover combo is quite a deal!

The fabric cover is designed envelope-style, securely holding the gel pack
inside. Fabric covers are lined with terry cloth on the inside to absorb
moisture as the pack thaws (when used as cold therapy), and protects skin from
over-exposure to either hot or cold temperatures.

COLD THERAPY: Store the entire pack (cover included) in the freezer. Apply as
needed.

HEAT THERAPY: Remove the pack from the cover. Place the pack in boiling water
for 10 minutes, OR completely immerse the pack in a bowl of water and microwave
for 2 minutes. Careful - the gel pack will be HOT!

WASHING THE COVER: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, warm iron. Do not bleach!
