This is an extra strength blend bath and massage oil that is intended for
people who suffer from insomnia. The formula is designed to be used over a span
of time to help aid the body in finding balance and relaxation. You can use
this over the course of a few weeks or more and notice the difference in your
sleep patterns. It is intended to be used when you can't sleep. Some people
notice effects immediately, while others have more advanced insomnia that takes
multiple baths or multiple massages to see a difference in sleep patterns. All
of the oils are in a carrier oil of grape seed for quick absorption into the
skin, but you can substitute this carrier oil for another if you wish for a
cost. As with any substitutions, simply email me to tailor a blend to your
specific preferences or needs. This insomnia extra strength blend bath and
massage oil is to be used as follows: 3 drops in a bath, or two drops in
another carrier oil of your choice (not included) for massage. The formula
itself includes lavender, marjoram, Roman chamomile, nutmeg, benzoin, clary
sage, vetiver, hops, and valerian. Unfortunately, valerian is not the most
pleasant smell -- some find it unbearable, while others don't mind the smell
considering the root's potent anti-insomnia properties. Again, this is an extra
strength blend for those who suffer from insomnia and who are willing to do
