This FLAX SAK measures 18 x 8 inches Inches and is loaded with 3 LBS of 100%
Alberta Grown food grade brown Flax seed (no fillers!). It feels like a heavy
warm (when microwaved) or cool (when kept in the freezer) comforting SAK of
quicksand. Its cover is so soft against the skin...

Drape across the shoulder, wrap around your knee or arm, or simply hug for
comfort, this pad WILL give you relief and comfort.

All my flax sak covers are made with Brushed flannels, flannels and cottons
which are the highest quality.

Flax Seed is an herbal flower seed, rather than a food product. This
eliminates the "food" smell you get with other fillers.

Unlike rice or other grain products (which are mostly water), Flax Seed is
30-40% oil, which remains inside the seed to be warmed again and again. Most
grain products loose their ability to retain heat as the water cooks out of the
grains

When heated, a Flax Seed wrap or pillow retains heat for up to 45 minutes,
providing a moist heat & promoting healing. Under the covers, a Flax Seed
Pillow will stay warm for an extended period of time, which makes an excellent
bed warmer.

HOW TO USE....

Hot Pack: Simply place the Pad in the microwave , in 1 minute increments, for
a maximum of 3 minutes total, depending on the size and strength of your
microwave, then place on the affected area. If it needs more heating, heat it
slowly 30 seconds at a time.

Cold Pack : Always keep an extra pack in your freezer in a resealable plastic
bag, making it always ready to use...
