HOW TO USE:
Get yourself comfortable, close your eyes and place the eye pillow over your
eyes or forehead. The slight weight from the eye pillow feels comforting and
calming and helps you relax. If you prefer a cold sensation - put the pillow
into an air-tight container minimum of one hour before use, or heat in the
microwave for 20 seconds. Check heat and repeat to the desired temperature.
