All bags are made to order and shipped from a dog loving, smoke free home
within 1-2 weeks of purchase. As with all handmade items, no two are exactly
the same and slight imperfections may occur.

Personalization using the “Open Vines” font is included in price; your choice
of monogram – one or three letters. Please select embroidery thread color and
monogram type from menu.

**Important** If picking a monogram, please indicate desired monogram in notes
to seller and specify sequence of the letters. Please specifically list the
first name initial, last name initial, and middle name initial in the notes to
seller section at checkout (ex. fLm) Due to the fact each are made to order,
there will not be refunds issued. If there is a problem with the order, please
contact the shop owner immediately.

Care instructions: The outside fabric is a cotton blend. To prevent shrinking
and breakdown of the thermal lining, hand washing or spot treating is
recommended. Air dry.
