This "Best Ever" Flax Seed Bolster Pillow has a 100% cotton cover with a
Velcro closure so you can remove the cover to hand wash. The inside pillow is
100% high quality cotton muslin loosely filled with 3.3 lbs of flax seed. The
weight of the pillow gives soothing compression, hot or cold. Heat in
microwave, crock pot or towel warmer. Or chill in your freezer, double-bagged
