miracle hot/cold packs provide ultimate comfort. The exterior is made with soft
flannel and is removable/washable. The interior is made of wheat, providing a
natural way to soothe your muscles. The exterior sleeve is removable and
washable.

Pop the bag in your microwave for approximately 2 minutes for a heat pad or
pop it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes for a cold pack!
