MEET THE INGREDIENTS:

Lavender Baby Lotion -

• Organic Cocoa Butter is a natural moisturizer that contains a lot of
vitamins including A, B1, B2, B3, C, and E. It contains “cocoa mass polyphenol
(CMP), a substance that inhibits the production of the immuno globulin IgE. IgE
is known to aggravate symptoms of both dermatitis and eczema,” (Z Living).
• Organic Coconut oil is a natural moisturizer that does a great job
penetrating skin due to its low molecular weight and because of how it bonds
with proteins. The saturated fats in coconut oil help your skin stay hydrated
by preventing moisture loss through the pores. To top it off, coconut oil
contains vitamin E which plays an important role in skin repair.
• Organic Vitamin E oil forms a barrier between your skin and the environment
thereby protecting you from things like sun damage while holding moisture into
your skin.
• Organic Lavender Essential Oil possesses anti-inflammatory properties to
help reduce swelling, redness, and itchiness. In addition, lavender essential
oil helps promote relaxation so it may help your little one (or you) catch some
much needed Zs.

- Disclaimer: The lotion is very thick and a little goes a long way! It
appears greasy at first but absorbs very quickly and does not leave a slippery
or sticky residue!

Diaper Cream -
• Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, and Aloe Vera Gel - These ingredients are super
stars when it comes to healing, moisturizing, and soothing. Coconut oil is also
an anti-bacterial, which is why it’s perfect for a diaper cream. When skin is
in contact with, uh hem, poop and pee, adding natural antibacterial ingredients
is super important. Shea butter is a fantastic anti-fungal, too, so it helps to
fight off any yeast infection.
• Calendula is my favorite healing element in creams and lotions. Calendula
(which is a flowering plant) offers antibacterial and antiviral properties, and
has been shown in studies to speed up the healing process in wounds.
• Zinc oxide can be found in a lot of diaper creams because it fights bacteria
and protects the skin. This is even used for natural acne products for it’s
anti-inflammatory properties.
• Bentonite Clay is another super star with diaper rash, bentonite clay is
known for removing toxins and drawing out bacteria. A small amount of bentonite
clay in your diaper cream adds another level of drawing out any infection from
lesions and aids in healing a bad diaper rash.

FOR ALL MY CLOTH DIAPERING MAMAS OUT THERE: Zinc oxide is controversial with
cloth diaper users, but because it’s a small amount, I have not noticed any
issues. If you use cloth diapers and prefer not to risk it causing build up,
please select the Zinc Oxide Free option and I would be more than happy to whip
up a cream without it!

Face Salve Stick -

This easy to-go stick form makes it easy to throw in your purse, diaper bag,
pocket, etc. for easy on the-go-use! The idea for this product cake from my
mother who told me that my face was always chapped from sucking on a pacifier
when I was little! The rub-on stick makes for a quick and easy application
directly to the face to prevent dry, chapped baby face!

Safe and gentle for baby’s skin, especially baby’s face! The all-natural
ingredients make it safe to use near baby’s mouth as it is completely safe to
consume (although I do not recommend taking a bite as I’m sure it doesn’t taste
great!)

- Disclaimer: It appears greasy at first but absorbs very quickly and does not
leave a slippery or sticky residue! I recommend rubbing it in for a few seconds
after application although this is not necessary and it will absorb quickly!

Foaming Baby Wash -

This 10oz homemade organic baby wash is exceptionally mild and gentle for
baby. There are no harsh chemicals and it leaves behind the most mild clean
scent with zero perfumes.

If you’re interested, I would happily add a few drops of organic lavender
essential oils for a calming nighttime foaming bath wash!

INGREDIENTS:
• Water
• Organic Coconut oil
• Dr. Bronner’s Hemp Baby Unscented Pure-Castile Soap: (water, organic coconut
oil, potassium hydroxide, organic palm kernel oil, organic olive oil, organic
hemp seed oil, organic jojoba oil, citric acid, tocopherol)

NOTE: Please shake before use as the ingredients separate over time!

Organic Whipped Nipple Cream -

Designed to help eliminate soreness, tenderness, inflammation, infection, and
sticking to undergarments!

It'll help to keep nipples clean, stick-free, and will really help in
relieving some of the initial discomfort. Use it until you’ve built up enough
of a callous so that tender and sore nipples are no longer an issue.

RECOMMENDED USE:
At first, use this breastfeeding nipple cream between every feeding, which is
every two to three hours on average. The lubrication of it helps baby to latch
and Mamas to feel far less friction from the breastfeeding process. In a few
weeks time, you'll likely be ready to stop using the cream all together.
However, until then, it's a wonderful idea to tuck into your natural
post-partum healing kit.

All ingredients are of high quality to ensure they’re safe for both you and
baby, especially when being applied to an area that baby’s mouth will be!

Organic Whipped Belly Butter -

The unfortunate part about all of it is, there is a genetic component to
stretch marks. You may lather as much cream as your heart desires, but you
could still come out of pregnancy with with a few “battle scars.”

There are certain times in pregnancy when you are more likely to develop
stretch marks. You could go your whole pregnancy without any sign of them. The
last trimester, both you and your baby start gaining a lot of weight, and this
is the likely time your skin will be stretched beyond its capabilities and
stretch marks will form.

Regularly using belly butter can help minimize the appearance of stretch marks.

INGREDIENTS:
• Organic Shea Butter & Coconut Oil
For this recipe I used organic shea butter and coconut oil as the base. Both
of these substances are very efficient in adding moisture and nutrients back
into the skin. Coconut oil has been shown to speed healing of wounds while shea
butter helps with the healthy turnover of skin by repairing dry cracked skin.
• Organic Sweet Almond Oil adds the much needed Vitamin A, E, and Zinc to the
belly butter recipe.
• Organic Rosehip Oil is high in Vitamin C and essential fatty acids.
• Organic Patchouli Essential Oil comes from the same plant family as lavender
and is native to southeast Asia. It has been used for centuries in alternative
medicine and is known to have cell-rejuvenating and scar reducing properties.
Keep in mind that Patchouli oil has a very earthy smell to it.

BENEFITS:
As you massage your belly with this scrub, the exfoliating sugar granules help
