This Castor Oil pack is adjustable to fit various sizes (circumference between
26"-46"). The front has 2 spring-loaded cord locks which adjusts the drawstring
to tighten around the stomach area. The long straps insert into the D-rings for
adjustable and comfortable fit. The cotton flannel insert is used to absorb the
Castor Oil and can be use for 3-6 months. It should be stored in a glass
container or a zip-lock bag. The front has a pocket to put the flax seed heat
pack which is included in this product listing. Includes 2 cotton flannel
inserts and directions. (Castor Oil NOT included)

Washing Instructions: Washing the Castor Oil Pack Wrap varies on personal
preference.

• Sprinkle baking soda on the Castor Oil Pack Wrap where extra oil gathers
• Let it set to absorb the oil, gently pat down with rag or hands
• Rinse off baking soda with hot water repeat if necessary
• Machine Wash temperature up to 165F
• use zero residue detergent preserves the PUL fabric
• use extra rinse cycle preserves the PUL fabric
• Dry on medium heat up to 130F
• No Bleach, No dryer sheets
