【 Why the oil and oil-free are most effective when used in conjunction with
each other? 】

The Psoriasis Oil and Oil-Free are meant to be used together because:
⇢ The oil works best when left on overnight to condition the skin / scalp,
reduce inflammation and itchiness, then to be washed off in the morning.
⇢ The oil-free doesn’t need to be washed off and is meant to be used anytime
to curb inflammation and itchiness.

【 Oil vs. Scalp Mask 】

Both the oil and mask help to reduce inflammation and itchiness. The
difference is that the oil is able to sink into deeper layers of the skin.
While the mask is better at softening scales and flakes, as well as
conditioning the skin, so they both have their benefits. You can use them on
alternate turns to get the benefit of both.

【 I have very dry / oily scalp and skin 】

For dry / oily scalp, I would suggest the Psoriasis Scalp & Skin Mask. It is
very hydrating and prevents psoriasis patches from cracking.

【 Do you have something specific for severe psoriasis patches on the skin that
are always cracking? 】

I would suggest the Psoriasis Salve on the skin. My grandfather, who has
psoriasis, finds the salve works better on those areas, because the salve forms
a protective layer on top of the severely cracked areas, allowing the skin
underneath to stay moisturized.

For severe psoriasis patches on the scalp, please use the mask, because it
would be very difficult to wash off the salve from your hair.
