to feel relief in 15 minutes. Apply as often as desired Consider use prior to

Using as a lotion for all over, application best after a shower. A Little Goes
a Long way. Try less than a dime dollop, always melt the butters by rubbing
your hands together first, then apply. If it feels greasy, you are using too
much, continue to spread it to other parts of your body.
