HOT
Heat in microwave in 30 second increments to desired temperature. The gentle
warmth will be comforting to you. While it relaxes muscles, it relieves
tension, rheumatism, stomach aches, baby colic, painful periods and
endometriosis. Heat it a few minutes before bedtime, place it at the foot of
your bed and the slow release heat will give you instant well.

COLD
Place it in the freezer for at least two hours, preferably in a plastic bag.
Use it to relieve pain or reduce swelling (sprains, sore muscles, stiff necks,
migraines and fever).

MINI At room temperature, the mini Tamalou is used as a sensory tool for
people struggling with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or certain
stress and anxiety disorders. The fabric and texture are comfortable to handle.
It is silent, so it helps concentration. You can use it hot and cold. In the
microwave; put it a MAXIMUM of 20 seconds.

Hand wash fabric, lay flat to dry. Do not soak the bag. Store in a dry place.
