A flat and flexible hot and cold pack to wrap around sore joints, or use on
back and shoulders. Can be microwaved for heat*, or placed in the freezer for

These are constructed from 100% cotton and filled with whole kernel corn (will
not pop when microwaved).

FAQ: Why are these filled with corn instead of rice?
There are several reasons why I choose to use corn in my hot and cold packs
instead of rice.
- Rice attracts moisture that can cause mold over time. Corn has a hard outer
shell that prevents this.
- Corn has a larger and denser grain than rice which allows it to hold onto
heat or cold for longer.
- Rice is primarily imported, the corn I use is grown in the USA.
- Rice can develop a stale smell after continued use, corn just smells like
popcorn.

*Heating times vary due to microwave wattage and heat preference. Start by
microwaving in small increments of time until you find the right heating time
for you. Please use caution, can become very hot.
