Moist heat or cool relief can be yours with this pack. It’s 10” x 10”. The
100% cotton cover is removable and machine washable. The interior pouch is
divided into 9 sections to ensure flexibility and comfort then filled with 14
1/2 oz of a gentle mixture of food grade flax seeds, lavender, rosemary and
peppermint. Not too heavy and not too light.

We use flax seeds because the natural oil in them stays warm about 45 minutes.
This is longer than corn, cocoa husks, cherry pits or some of the other
options. Flax seeds are also easier to mold to you because of their small size.

We know that some folks may have issues with scents and chemicals so we have
pre-washed all the fabric in sulfate, phosphate and fragrance free detergent
prior to assembly.

There are lots of uses for these wraps, so we just want to add a few notes:
- If you choose to microwave the interior section, do not exceed 30 seconds at
a time. Every microwave is a bit different Please use caution as it may be hot.
- If you choose to freeze the interior section, please place in a resealable
plastic bag so that it does not absorb odors from the freezer. Please use
caution as it may be cold.

Please do not use if you are allergic to any of these ingredients. The plastic
packaging may be a choking hazard. Please keep the wrap and the bag out of
reach of children and pets.
