Studies have shown that weighted blankets soothe & calm those with SPD,
Nervous Leg Syndrome, Autism, Anxiety, Insomnia. When heated, our Weighted Spa
Blanket is a "self-help" tool for calming and comfort. We make our blankets
with removable inserts. The fill is flax seed mixed with lavender buds then
infused with lavender essential oil.

The flax seed is small and contains 40% oil; therefore, laying smoothly over
the body. When heated in the microwave to desirable temperature, the blanket
will provide a moist aromatic experience that will melt away tension and
anxiety. The removable insert is billowed (in multiple sections) for an even
distribution; so that all ingredients do not shift to one end. Approximately
4.5 lbs.

Soft cover: Cold water wash, gentle - Tumble dry, low heat.

bed for warmth and sleep.
